Is staying consistent in your business something that you struggle with?
Been there, done that and after working with numerous coaches I’ve learned that a lack of consistency is usually a symptom of a bigger problem.
Lack of clarity and/or lack of alignment = inconsistencies.
Below are 3 steps to take if you’re struggling with staying consistent in your biz:
Are you still in alignment with your business? If you read this and your gut immediately says “no,” then it’s time to dig deep and explore that.
Don’t ignore your intuition, it’s guiding you in the right direction.
It’s ok to outgrow your business and want to pivot into another space or expand your reach. You have full permission to do that.
The first step to doing that is admitting that you’re having those feelings and not ignoring them. The more we push those thoughts away, the more they persist to the surface and confuse you.
That confusion isn’t helping you stay consistent.
Always be on the hunt for alignment in your life and business.
Are your 43829743 ideas preventing you from taking action?
You have this HUGE goal but you have no idea where to start so your overwhelm turns into a lack of action?
Grab a piece of paper and write out your 10-year vision. Pretend this is a marathon and your 10-year vision is mile 26.
What has to happen between miles 1-25 to get to mile 26? Giving yourself this roadmap will lead to clarity.
Clarity = consistency!
Not a strategy that you think you *should* be doing.
Maybe you’re struggling with consistency in your business because you’re doing what everyone else is doing vs. what actually works for YOU.
You as a person and you as a CEO.
If you’re sliding into DM’s every day and you dread it, of course, you’re not going to stay consistent with it.
Buckle down and find a strategy that is aligned with you + your personality.
Having the clarity, alignment and the right strategy will help your consistency in your business tenfold.
